The following cancellation and refund policies apply to reservations made through Fimka Hotel (fimkahotel.com).

1. Flexible (Refundable) Reservations
- Guests can cancel their reservations free of charge without any deduction up to 3 days (72 hours) before the check-in date.
- For cancellations made within the period, the entire amount collected will be refunded to the credit card within 7-14 business days.
- For cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date or in case of No-Show, the first night's accommodation fee is charged as a penalty.

2. Non-Refundable Reservations
- Since a discounted special price is applied for reservations made with the "Non-Refundable" option, cancellation, refund, or date modification cannot be made.
- The entire total amount is charged during the reservation process and no refund will be issued upon cancellation.

3. Early Check-out
In case you want to leave the facility earlier than the reservation date after the accommodation has started, no refund will be made for the unused days.
