The following cancellation and refund policies apply to reservations made through Fimka Hotel (fimkahotel.com). Card details are not collected on the website; payment is by phone mail order or (flexible rates only) at the property.

1. Flexible (Refundable) Reservations
- Guests can cancel free of charge up to 2 days (48 hours) before check-in via the member panel or by contacting the hotel.
- If payment has not yet been collected (pay at property or pending mail order), no charge is made on cancellation.
- If mail-order payment was already collected, the amount is refunded to the same card within 7-14 business days.
- For cancellations less than 2 days before check-in or in case of No-Show, the first night may be charged / is not refunded.

2. Non-Refundable Reservations
- Because a discounted rate applies, online cancellation, refund, or date change is not available. Please contact the hotel.
- No card is charged on the website. The hotel calls you for mail-order collection.
- After collection, no refund is issued on cancellation.

3. Early Check-out
If you leave after stay has started, unused nights are not refunded.
