ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES
SELLER: Fimka Hotel (Laleli, Istanbul, Turkey)
BUYER: The person making the reservation via fimkahotel.com.

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of the accommodation service.

ARTICLE 3 - SERVICE FEE AND PAYMENT
The total sales price including VAT is as shown on the payment page. Payments are collected via iyzico secure payment infrastructure.

ARTICLE 4 - EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation, accommodation contracts are an exception to the right of withdrawal. Cancellations are made within the framework of the Cancellation and Refund Terms.

ARTICLE 5 - AUTHORIZED COURT
Istanbul Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes that may arise from this contract.
